The best thing about KEEPERdummies is that it can be held upright simply by pouring water into it. No additional tools are required! Reduced risk of injury - easier usage! Nevertheless, the dummy stands there like a real person and always stands up by itself. Other training usage includes but is not limited to artificial free kick simulation, obstacle training, line of sight training - prediction! Instructions for use: 1. Fill the bottom part with approx. 15 liters of water. 2. Inflate the dummy with air. ATTENTION: Avoid pumping too much air (max. size is ~210 cm), otherwise the seams might burst. 3. Knock over the dummy and check that it returns to the upright position on its own. If the dummy stays down, pour more water into the water tank. 4. Carry the KEEPERdummy with the handles on the side of the training area. (with 2 people)
