Shipping times typically range from 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping costs
− € 5,90 for Denmark, Luxembourg.
− € 9,90 for Spain, Sweden, Bulgaria, Monaco, Romania, Finland, Portugal, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania.
− € 22,90 for all remaining unlisted European countries, excluding Canary Islands, Kosovo, Russia, Ukraine.

Please note that customers outside of the European Union (EU) may be required to pay duties & taxes before they receive their package.

Oversized delivery
In case of your order containing bulky or large item(s) we may contact you regaridng extra shipping costs. Our customer service team will reach out to you, should this apply to your order. The extra fees will be determined based on the delivery address and items ordered.

We offer an alternative solution to charging our customers extra fees. An example of a solution is sending your items without their original packaging. This is particularly useful in the case of ordering multiple football boots, KEEPERdummies etc. Should your order exceed the dimensions of a standard package (0.25 cubic meters, 30cm in length or 3Kgs.).

The decision of paying the additional shipping costs or removing unnecessary packaging is always yours to make.

Preparation times
Items in stock are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. Personalising items may cause shipping to be delayed by a few days.

Transit time
As soon as your package has been sent, you will receive a shipment tracking (from Shipcloud) to your email address. The shipment will then be delivered in approximately 2 to 10 business days, depending on your location. Remote and special locations like islands may take a bit more. If you have not received a shipment tracking, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
