Changes due to Covid-19

Due to the current situation, our customer service employees are forced to work in reduced working hours and in home office. We will do everything in our power to continue our fast & professional customer service, but there may be delays in answering questions or processing returns and refunds. We ask for your understanding.

We are here to provide you with the best and latest goalkeeping products and to advise you personally. We would like you to benefit from our expertise we have gained during years and years of football practice and to permanently expand the field of goalkeeping through our constant cooperation with professional goalkeepers and top brands.

1.1. Have you received my order?
An order confirmation with your order number will be automatically sent to the email address you have entered. If you have not received such email, please check your spam folder. You may have entered a wrong email address. Contact us and we will help you find your order.

1.2. Was my payment successful?
All payments with the exception of cash in advance are charged immediately. Cash in advance orders will be processed after payment confirmation from our bank.

1.3. I did not receive my full order - what happened?
Please check your order confirmation first if your order will be shipped in one or more packages. To make sure that you get your order the fastest way possible, we may send your order in split shipments. This way, you do not need to wait until one of the items you ordered are back in stock, they may be available from another warehouse of ours. We will not charge extra for split shipments. An invoice for the converned goods will be sent to your email address on the day when a warehouse dispatches one of your shipments.

1.4. How long does the delivery take?
Goods in stock are usually shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Dispatch of personalized products may be delayed by a few additional days, depending on the number of personalisations in queue.. As soon as the shipment has been sent, you will receive an invoice and a tracking link. Find out more about shipping here.
