Changes due to Covid-19
Due to the current situation, our warehouse is forced to work in reduced numbers & working hours. It means that packages are processed & dispatched from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m (CET). There may be delays in the preparation and dispatch of packages. Due to Europe-wide restrictions and increased traffic, delivery times may be also delayed with one additional business day. Thank you for understanding.
To check the current availability of an item simply select the size you are looking to buy. An extra line will pop up, displaying either of the following delivery info:
This means the item is in stock and will be dispatched immediately after payment. (See below for shipping times).
Out of stock
This means the item is not available at the moment, however, we should be able to order it in for you. There are two ways how this is shown:
- Item has already been re-ordered from the supplier, in which case the current delivery date will be displayed for you.
- Item has not been re-ordered yet but it is still available at the the supplier. This takes 5 to 10 days.
NOTE: It may happen that re-ordered products become unavailable while we are waiting for them. In such a case the manufacturer will let us know and our Customer Services would get in touch with you.
The item can no longer be purchased through our webshop because it is out of stock and we cannot re-order it. All sizes that are already sold out will appear grey.
We always try and stock all the items shown on our website. But since this only works for about 90% of products we would like to apologise for any inconvenience. Depending on our suppliers it may happen that some sizes are temporarily out of stock or even sold out completely.
We ship daily from Monday to Friday. The parcel services GLS and DHL usually collect the packages from us at 4 p.m. (CET). We always try to send off all orders that were placed before 1 p.m. (CET) on the same day, however some reasons may cause your order to be dispatched later:
- If items are not in stock please consider the date of re-stocking given online.
- Personalised items will only be shipped on the next business day.
- Payment needs to be completed before we can dispatch any items. (With bank transfers we wait for the full amount to go into our account first.)
NOTE: We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
This is the time it usually takes for the parcel to arrive at your door from the day it was dispatched at our warehouse. Depending on what country the order is sent to and on the shipping method you chose times may vary (see below).
- GLS Europe: Usually 3 to 7 working days.
- DHL Worldwide: Usually 2 to 3 working days.
NOTE: The times given above are from the day of shipment. For reasons that may cause your order to be dispatched later see "Shipping Times".
Shipment may be slightly delayed when the items are personalised. Despite the efforts of our printing team we are not always able to ship personalised items on the same day. We usually schedule at least one extra working day, though it may be more during very busy periods.
NOTE: Personalised items cannot be exchanged or returned.
If you order more items and some of them are not in stock, you can choose between total and partial delivery. If you select "partial delivery" all items, which are in stock, will be shipped to you immediately (given that payment has been completed). The remaining goods will be sent off in a seperate package once they are available. You will be charged 50% of the shipping costs on top of the standard delivery fee. (The standard delivery fee depends on the shipment method.) If the total value of your order exceeds the free delivery threshold and you do not pay for shipment we will still charge 50% of the standard shipping fee for partial deliveries.
You do also have the option to wait and get all your items delivered in one package, once all the products you purchased are in stock. In this case our normal shipping fees/free shipping conditions apply.
